Champions of Character® Five-Star Award Winners

Each year, NAIA schools use the Champions of Character scorecard to measure the pursuit of character-driven athletics. Schools scoring a minimum of 60 out of 100 points earn the Champions of Character Five-Star Institution Award. This year, 171 NAIA institutions earned the Champions of Character Five-Star Institution Award.

Conferences earn the Five-Star Conference Award based in part on at least 50% of their schools being named Five-Star Institution Award winners. The conference must also have a Champions of Character Committee and a Conduct in Competition Oversight Committee. This year, 18 NAIA conferences earned the Champions of Character Five-Star Conference Award.

NAIA Connect: New Technology Platform Coming Spring 2024

We are excited to announce that the NAIA is moving from NAIAHelp to NAIA Connect as our primary technology platform over the next 12 months. While NAIAHelp has served the association well for 17 years, that technology will no longer be available and NAIA Connect, which is supported by Salesforce, will be a more modern and functional platform.

We understand that change can be challenging, especially when it comes to technology. But rest assured, there will be extensive training opportunities and resources for members. From in-person training at the 2024 National Convention to videos to individual process documents, we will make sure you are comfortable using NAIA Connect to conduct business with the NAIA. We will continue to send more details as we progress through the implementation process.
