Reflecting the best of nearly a century of Scouting experience and tradition, Wood Badge draws upon current leadership models used to train leaders in organizations throughout the world. Major updates to the Cub Scout program were recently announced via Cub Chat Live on Facebook. Since it was officially launched in 1930, the Cub Scout program has undergone regular updates and improvements to keep it relevant with our youth. One thing, however, has never changed. It’s always been based on the values of Scouting — to prepare youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader.

The National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) scholarship application window opens on December 1st, 2023 and closes January 31st, 2024. Scholarships are awarded to Eagle Scouts who have shown active participation in school, Scouting activities, and community service, and who demonstrate they understand the fundamentals of service to community, and Scouting.
