CICP Ending Communications
HCPF has created communications for CICP Providers to share with their CICP patients about the ending of the program. These communications include information for Providers to post on their websites about the ending of the program as well as a letter to be sent directly to patients, which has also been translated into Spanish. Providers should begin working on sending out these communications as soon as possible to ensure that patients are given ample time to review the information and ask questions from providers prior to the end of the program.
HCPF requests the information be sent out no later than March 28, 2025, to all patients who have had active CICP within the last year.
Patients will need to be sent this information in their indicated preferred language. If possible, it should be sent electronically so that patients can easily access the links that have been included. If it can only be sent out via printed letter, providers should include the actual website addresses for the resources within the letter.

Implementation Stakeholder Meeting
The next stakeholder meeting for the ongoing implementation of SB 24-116 and HB 24-1399 is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 beginning at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held via Zoom and no prior registration is necessary. We will be giving an update on the Presumptive Eligibility implementation and the rules that cover the changes in HB 24-1399. Meeting materials are available on the Hospital Discounted Care and CICP websites under Stakeholder Meetings.
