The second draft of the 2023 Qualified Allocation Plan - Technical Amendment has been posted to the OHFA HTC webpage. Both clean and redline versions of the document are available. The redline version only tracks changes from the first draft. The prior redline version is still available for reference.

The draft incorporates feedback received during the comment period, as well as feedback from the Public Hearing on August 18th. 

Comments on the second draft will be accepted through September 6, 2022 at 5pm. Please limit comments to the changes in the draft, or comments that have not already been submitted. Additional upcoming dates are outlined below.

Key dates: 

• Comment deadline: September 6th at 5pm
• Release of final draft: September 8th
• Presentation to MF Committee for recommendation: September 14th
• Presentation to OHFA Board for approval: September 21st
