CLUB REGISTRATION

BOWLING CLUB

Open to grades 9-12


Bowling gives students an opportunity to become involved in their high school and teaches good-sportsmanship and fundamentals for a lifetime activity!


Location: Ten Pin Lanes St. Matthew

Dates: SEPT: 16, 23; OCT: 7, 14, 21, 28; NOV: 4, 18; DEC: 2, 9

Time: Fridays 3:40 – 5:10

Fee: $110 (covers 2 games/week, shoe rental, and t-shirt)

COOKING CLUB: KESSLER'S KITCHEN

Open to grades 4-12


Kessler’s Kitchen is offered in remembrance of former parent, board president, friend, and enthusiastic supporter, Amy Kessler. One of Amy’s passions was cooking – she loved entertaining for her friends and being in the kitchen. Five sessions will be offered with a limit of four students per session.


Session dates: S1) OCT. 10, 17, 24, 31; S2) NOV. 7, 14, 21, 28; S3) DEC. 5, 12, JAN. 9, 23; S4) JAN. 30, FEB. 6, 13, 27; S5) MAR. 6, 13, 20, 27 

Time: Mondays 3:15-4:45

KICKBALL CLUB

Open to grades 5-8


Come out and enjoy time with friends while learning the rules to kickball and playing each week. Club will be held in the field behind the annex building. In the event of inclement weather, we will play in the gym. Students should wear or bring tennis shoes and can bring athletic attire to change into after school.


Dates: SEP. 23 – DEC. 9 (no meetings 9/30, 11/11, 11/25)

Time: Fridays 3:15 – 4:15

Fee: $70 (includes t-shirt)

NEXT LEVEL CODING CLUB

Open to grades 5-12


Students will use engaging software to develop coding skills while working on specifically designed projects. Coding Club is a fun way to learn to code in a social, after-school setting. Limit 15 students per session.

Session 2: JAN. 27 – APR. 28

Time: Fridays 3:15 – 4:30

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 | 6PM

PARENTING IN THE DIGITAL AGE

Presented by Jay Smith, a Licensed Professional Investigator in Kentucky and certified digital forensic analyst.


Jay has worked with the Anti-Human Trafficking Intelligence Initiative to help uncover crypto-currency being used in the exploitation of people. He also runs his own web development agency here in Louisville and has worked with private companies, JCPS, the Archdiocese and the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana to help bring awareness of social media safety and cyberbullying prevention to as many people as possible.
