VISIT App Offers a Convenient Digital Companion to the VISIT Book!

As an extension of our VISIT print products, we have developed a VISIT USVI app that reflects all the categories for advertising that appear in the VISIT books and "Visit on the Go"! For those guests who prefer to find their information on their smart phones, they can simply download the VISIT USVI app for free! The app is promoted at airports through posters bearing the VISIT cover with a convenient QR code, plexiglass stands around the islands complete with QR codes and ads in the VISIT book. Additionally, we geo-fence the airport and the ports to let arriving guests know they can download! “In this digital age, we have to offer guests an all-encompassing way to get information. The VISIT app has proven to be an outstanding addition to the advertising buy in the VISIT USVI program,” said Publisher and CEO of North South Net, Inc. Garry Duell (pictured above). The app allows for booking directly with the attractions, booking a reservation and reviewing a restaurant menu before leaving the hotel, access to a handy google map providing guests directions to their location and more. To be included in the app, businesses must be an advertiser in the USVI VISIT program.

Customer Service Tip

It’s bad when employees quit and leave; but it’s even worse when they quit and stay. To quit and stay means to have an apathetic attitude and demeanor at work. In any organization, there is absolutely no room for apathy. Not towards one’s role, the customers or the business overall. What causes people to quit and stay? How can you help people stay and thrive? Read more from Bryan Williams.
