Reimagine Magnolia Village Project Phases IV & V Begins!

Thanks to our generous donors and after several delays, the week of November 6th was a momentous milestone. Phases IV & V, the final phases of the Reimagine Magnolia Village Project, broke ground on the west side of Uptown Espresso on 33rd Ave between W. McGraw St. and Lynn Street.

The progress has been swift and steady this week. We anticipate that the final two phases will take about three months to complete. Click here for more details on the construction work schedule and related impacts.

Thank you, donors and project supporters! Together, we have transformed Magnolia Village. Our Village is now a desirable place to spend time, meet a friend, or take a break while enjoying shopping, dining, and running errands. Seasonal decor brightens the landscape and makes our community even more special.

As we complete the five phases of our beautification project, we also work diligently to maintain our streetscape improvements 365 days a year, every year. We must all row together to fund our ongoing beautification efforts.

We must raise an additional $30,000 to fully fund this last summer's beautification and maintenance efforts.

Your gift this month or in December - or both, we offer a monthly donation option - will ensure we pay for the beautification efforts of last summer and pave the way for next summer's blooms and maintenance activities.
