Giving Back to Our Teams
Superintendent Beamon, School Board Members Amy Pennock (Chair), Abby Sanchez (Vice-Chair) and Kristine Kraus, along with several members of the SCPS leadership team had the honor of serving breakfast to our maintenance and facilities team. Afterward, they then joined our transportation team for a luncheon.
We know that the people who serve in these roles are truly our unsung heroes. They work hard each day to ensure our school buildings are ready for students and that our children are transported safely to and from school. We also know that during Hurricane Ian, these amazing people stepped in and served in our shelters, transported community members to safety and transformed our campuses through clean- up efforts following the storm.
