Ambassadors for Christ

Dear Lori ,

Greetings from Myanmar!

We never stop thanking to our living and loving Savior Jesus Christ. Also, thanks to all of you too for your consistent prayer support that God listens to. Because of Him alone, we can live and step into the calling that is overwhelmed by evildoers that inject fear in the lives of people in Myanmar.

During the last two months, team members were very careful in traveling due to the unexpected killings and brutal actions of coups upon innocent people and their properties. People gathering and tele-communications have been limited in some areas. Despite limitations, most teachers voluntarily kept getting involved in providing aid to people in hiding and current natural disaster victims (flood) as much as possible, along with prayer and words of encouragement.

I can continue two online classes plus I occasionally recruit some teachers in training. Students are so enthusiastic in learning God’s Word.

I had the opportunity to teach a God's Financial Principles (GFP) seminar to 70 young people. This helps many to see what the Bible primarily teaches about blessings and solves problems that many currently have on money and belief in the prosperity gospel. Many young people were delivered and received new biblical insights through this material and deeply decided to pass it on to others.

To the same 70 young people, lay ministers and missionaries, I taught about Wholistic Ministry based on Luke 2:52 and the need to grow in the four areas (Physical, Wisdom, Spiritual, Social) as Jesus did. The focus on this topic is to help all believers see where they can serve one another in the areas that they live and work. All believers are ministers/ambassadors for Christ.

Thank you so much for your love and financial support.

With many thanks and prayers,

CCI Myanmar National Director

Staff Update

Pastor B and his family are doing well. He can travel now. He continues to reach the unreached village where he started a new church. He also, visited two alumni who are planting a new church. They are winning the lost souls among their own people.

Pastor M and his community are doing well in a somewhat normal environment now. However, he is still too weak to make visitations in the midst of challenges.

Pastor Z had a throat problem for over a week but now is back to normal. He started to talk about the ministry to his church and nearby villages. He continued teaching book 1 in July and is looking to start one new class next month.

Praise God that the CCI team and their families are all doing well. They continue to teach, encourage and help other teachers.

Testimony from GFP

“After I learned this material, I reflected on my past life, which was overwhelmed by false teachings. Though I grew up in a Christian community, I never learned God’s blessings systematically like this material spells out. I wish that I had grown up with sound teachings so that I could have been more effective using God’s given blessings. I have decided to live as a good steward and teach what I have learned from this material to people around me - as many as possible. Thank you so much."

Mr. B
