Over 80 RACI REALTOR® members took the first step in achieving the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation by attending the 2-day Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) course with instructor, speaker, trainer, and humorist Terry Watson.

At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) Certification Course

This course is the main requirement for the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.

Members: $79 Non-member: $158

Preliminary Approval Given for NAR Settlement

The settlement is still subject to final court approval, and plaintiffs have requested a hearing on final approval of the settlement to be held on November 26, 2024. For a more comprehensive view of what’s ahead, please see an estimated timeline here.
