It is with great sadness that we share with you the passing of Joseph Barocas, z’l, husband of Sandra Barocas, father of Sabrina Benjamin (Daniel), Stacy Beyda (Danny), Dr. Hayley Barocas (Michael Trock), and Morris Barocas (Lisa), grandfather to Lindsay Rosen (Peter), David Benjamin (Esther), Jeffrey Eisenberg (Melissa), Chelsea Naden (Andrew), Carly, and Joe, great-grandfather to Blake, Jack and Reed Rosen, Jordyn and Tate Eisenberg, Samuel Benjamin, and Sophie Naden.

The funeral will be at Congregation Agudath Sholom (301 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford) on Sunday, March 2 at 10:30 am. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery (83-45 Cypress Hills Street, Glendale NY 11385).

Shiva will be observed at the home of Lisa and Morris Barocas (51 Mountain Wood Road, Stamford) on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 5:30 pm-9:00 pm with Mincha at 5:30 pm.

May God comfort the mourners among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
