Taking care of ourselves includes understanding and managing our stress. It's not just about getting through the day; it's about enhancing our overall health and wellbeing. One of the best ways to do this is by regularly checking in on our stress levels.
To help you do just that, I've included two links below to quick stress assessment questionnaires. These surveys are straightforward and will give you a snapshot of where your stress levels currently stand. At the end of each survey, you'll receive a score.
Here's what to do:
Complete both surveys.
Add up the scores from each one.You will see a score when you hit done at the end of each survey.
Compare your total score to the chart I've provided at the end of this post.
