STEAM, evolving Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math, is our flagship youth enrichment program, aimed bridging the digital divide and technical skills gap by exposing high performing minority youth in underserved communities to careers in STEAM.

Our inaugural eSTEAM Fair held September 2018 brought together AT&T business units, community organizations, and The NETwork BICP members to engage youth with hands-on and informational exhibits. These events provide STEAM-centered educational enrichment to the next generation workforce.

This year, we were back in Dallas for the EG Conference and were able to recreate our efforts to serve the Dallas community at the MLK Recreational Centers. We have over 40 vendors and over 200 participant/attendees! We are already planning for 2024!

Faith@Work believes we were established for times like these. Our founders, Seth and Mohammed will come together on Thursday, Nov. 2^nd to share insight into the commonalities between their faiths as well as the rise of antisemitism and Islamophobia in the U.S. While we won’t address the state of the current war in Israel, this is an opportunity to further educate our employees about the Jewish and Islam faiths.
