Hagåtña -- The Guam Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Membership meeting today which featured Chairman, Edward G. Untalan's end-of-the-year address, and Chamber President, Catherine Castro's annual report on the state of the organization. An additional highlight included the results of the Chamber Board Elections. 72% of eligible members cast their ballots over a seven-day voting period.

The Chamber's membership elected eight (8) Board Directors to fill seats for the 2024 Chamber Board. The six (6) voting directors elected to serve a three-year term are:

• PHILLIP SANTOS (Incumbent), Senior Account Executive, Matson Inc.
• LAMONTE JAMES "JIM" BEIGHLEY (Incumbent), CEO & Head Strategy Mergers & Acquisitions, CPL Pacific
• MARK J. SABLAN (Incumbent), Vice-President, Business Development, South Pacific Petroleum Corporation
• JAMES S. HERBERT lll, General Manager, Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods, Inc.
• BENSON F.F. AU-YEUNG, President, Dragon, Inc.; Soft Pacific, Inc. dba: Paradise Awning
• JUAN CARLOS BENITEZ (Incumbent), President and Owner, The Washington Pacific Economic Development Group, Inc.

The two (2) Alternate Directors elected to serve a one-year term are VINCENT C. CAMACHO, Attorney/Managing Principal, Camacho Calvo Law Group LLC, and DEANNA DIAZ CRISOSTOMO, General Manager, Tommy Hilfiger PVH Corp.

PHILLIP SANTOS was the highest vote-getter and will automatically serve on the Chamber's Executive Committee in 2024.

The eight (8) Directors elected today will join twelve (12) holdovers and comprise the 2024 Chamber Board. The holdovers are:
