Dear Rockford Reformed Church Family and Friends,

Just a quick note to report the results of the classis-led congregational meeting today. 157 out of 178 (88.2%) votes were “yes” in agreement with our consistory’s petition to the North Grand Rapids classis to withdraw from the RCA and join the ARC. The next step involves the March 21 classis meeting where they will vote regarding our petition/request to leave. At the point of that vote in the affirmative, Rockford Reformed Church will become a part of the ARC.

Thank you to all who participated and assisted with this process. This has certainly been a challenging and emotional journey. We will continue to look to Jesus as we pursue our vision together.
