Hello Parents!

Do you have questions about your student's college experience, but you may not know who to ask? Join the Assumption Parent and Family Association Facebook group to ask your fellow parents. When is move-in? How much space for storage in the dorm rooms is thereare? Experienced or just starting the journey, the Parent and Family Association Facebook page allows you to ask the question everyone else is thinking.
Encourage your student to get involved!
A big part of the Assumption student experience is to get connected whether you have a first-year student or a senior. Students can learn more about the 60+ clubs/organizations to choose from at the annual Clubs and Activities Fair on Thursday, September 1st from 5:00-7:00p.m. at the Alumni/Desautel Quad.
If in these first couple weeks, you hear that your Assumption student is not feeling connected, Assumption’s Student Success Division is here to help. Please encourage your student to stop by the third floor of the library where the Student Success offices are located or reach out to us at studentsuccess@assumption.edu. We are happy to contact your student and help them find their place on campus.
Send your package or letter to 500 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609. Your student will receive an email when it has arrived and ready for pickup from the mailroom in the Hagan Campus Center (across from the e-Sports room).
Is your student in need of a job or internship?
Is your student looking for a job or internship? The Career Development and Internship Center is here to help set Assumption students up for success, from major and career research to resume and LinkedIn help to networking and more.
Assumption University sets record at Light the Way Gala
Assumption University celebrated the conclusion of the wildly successful Light the Way capital campaign on Friday, June 10 with a gala honoring those who have spent the last several years supporting the University’s record-setting campaign. After seven years, two of which were plagued by a pandemic, the University raised an historic $50.6 million, 45 percent over its original goal.
Are you excited for your student to be headed back to class?
Yes! The more studying the better!
No, I will miss my child.
