This special showcase celebrates Youth Art Month (YAM) in March 2025 and highlights the creativity and dedication of young artists across Pennsylvania. The students chosen for this honor are:
- Virginia Jew, Grade 5
- Dominic Prianti, Grade 7
- Meryl Showalter, Grade 4
- Harper Stevens, Grade 5
- Luca Pelkowski, Grade 8
A special congratulations to Virginia Jew, whose mixed media piece, Serpentine Snake of PA, was selected by PAEA judges to be printed on a banner displayed at the Pennsylvania State Capitol throughout March. We invite our EDS community to explore the full PAEA YAM Student Art Exhibition online at the provided link.

Erie Day School Recognition Tree
Erie Day School offers a unique opportunity for families to etch their legacy into the institution's history by purchasing a leaf for our Recognition Tree. Crafted by local artist Adam Stempka of Stempka Designs, this custom piece invites families to honor or remember a student, teacher, philanthropist, or special person or family with a laser-engraved birch leaf. The tree is located on the exterior wall at the Griffith Lobby entrance patio.
