City Council Meeting — 3:30 p.m. with a recess between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the General Public Comment Session. The meeting continues with unfinished business and public hearings at 5:30 p.m.

• 25-0164: A Proclamation Honoring Denver’s Role in Negro Baseball League History and Its Connection to Denver Historic Five Points.

• 25-0173: The Department of Finance will present an agreement to exchange property between the City and County of Denver (“CCD”) and ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC (“ACM”). CCD will exchange property on E. 56th Avenue in Adams County for ACM’s property at 4141 E. 35th Avenue in Council District 8. 

• 25-0171: Council members Torres and Parady will present on collective bargaining. 

Land Use, Transportation, and Infrastructure Committee — 1:30 p.m.

• 25-0170: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will present on the city’s Microtransit Projects. 

Wednesday 

Safety, Housing, Education & Homelessness Committee — EARLY START AT 10:15 a.m.

• 25-0087: The Department of Housing Stability will present an amendment to Chapter 53, Article XI of the DRMC to change the administration of the property tax rebate program from DHS to HOST. This item will have 15 minutes of public input. Learn how to speak or submit written testimony to this public input session. 

• 25-0168: Denver Human Services will provide an update on the Child Care Assistance Program. 

• 25-0169: The Civil Service Commission will provide an agency overview.  

Business, Arts, Workforce, Climate, and Aviation Services Committee — Not Meeting

• 25-0153: Community Planning and Development will present a map amendment to rezone property at 627 South Lipan Street, in Council District 7, from E-SU-B to I-MX-3. 

• 24-1312: Community Planning and Development will present a map amendment to rezone the property at 500, 501, and 551 Wazee Street in the Auraria statistical neighborhood in Council District 3 from C-MX-8 to D-CPV-C. 

• 25-0172: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will present a briefing on waterway resiliency.
