The District’s observance of Hispanic Heritage Month is one of the many ways we show appreciation for the families and communities that give spirit and culture to Memphis and Shelby County. PBS Kids Pizza & Paint Party

It’s official, PBS KIDS Rock!!!! . . . and we want to let the whole world know. Help us share the new logo by painting it on . . . well, rocks! We’ll hide these rocks all around the city, later, for a city-wide rock hunt with prizes.

National Cybersecurity Awareness Month October

In celebration of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month this October, MSCS IT will highlight commonly used cybersecurity threats that could threaten users and data on the MSCS Network. Each week will focus on a different risk type. Spammers and bad actors have become crafty in their attempts to compromise accounts and data.

If you’re interested in earning some extra money, helping support students' academic needs, and accelerating student learning, then NOW is the time to sign up to teach in the MSCS Fall Break Learning Academy Monday through Thursday, Oct. 9-12, at 20 elementary, middle, and high schools across the District. We need your talent and expertise in providing extra academic support to our students, so they will see the future! Customer Service Week Nominations

Do you know a front-line employee who goes above and beyond to provide 5-star customer service? In honor of Customer Service Week (Oct. 2-6), we will highlight two staff members each day from schools and Central Office.


Nominate them HERE to be recognized during Customer Service Week as we celebrate the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.  

 

If selected, these employees will receive a certificate of recognition, an MSCS swag bag, and be featured on our MSCS media platforms with a picture and their school or department name.

Lunch Buddy Initiative
