Changes to your Social Security &

CalPERS Pension

Read about changes to your Social Security and CalPERS pension, including the Social Security Fairness Act that repealed the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP). The efforts by the IAFF to pass this act, made possible through union dues, will be paid back many times over.

CAL FIRE crew helps deliver baby on the 15 freeway in Lake Elsinore

A Cal Fire firefighter went from battling flames at the Eaton Fire to delivering a baby after he helped a woman give birth on the 15 Freeway in Lake Elsinore over the weekend.
