Firstly, it was great to see some of you at Back to School Night and welcome you to our school. I have attached the slide presentation for your reference - these slides highlight some of our team members and their email addresses.
STUDENT ATTENDANCE EMAIL: As discussed, we are introducing a new procedure for parents/guardians to report your child's absence or your need to drop off late/pick up early- by emailing an attendance email address. This email address is a shared mailbox and will ensure that a team of us receives the notification. Parents are also welcome to include other team members (such as teachers or therapists) in the email but must email the address below to ensure the message is received: olstudentattendance@ctcacademy.org
*If you would like to call in an attendance update instead of emailing, you are welcome to dial our main number and press #1 to leave a message with our nurses.
TESTING EMERGENCY BLAST SYSTEM: We will be testing our emergency blast system (text, email, phone call) on Friday, October 6th. If you have any issues receiving the messages, please email Meg (our Administrative Assistant) at mmcdonough@ctcacademy.org.
