AUGUST 4, 2022
Diverse perspectives in IIMC Membership and Leadership are critical to the Organization's ongoing success. IIMC views its members’ diverse backgrounds and interests as assets and is committed to promoting inclusive environments where members from across the Municipal Clerk profession feel valued, respected and welcomed. IIMC will not discriminate based on profession, race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, appearance, geographic location or professional level. IIMC is committed to having Board members that are representative of the diverse make-up of its membership.
The Board of Directors of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks joins all IIMC members in conveying its deep concerns and support for those impacted by the recent and ongoing natural disaster in Kentucky. The rain and flooding has harmed and displaced countless people, wreaking havoc on lives and depriving thousands of basic resources.

In the weeks and months ahead, as communities come together to secure immediate needs of their residents, IIMC encourages its Kentucky members to persevere and know that as Municipal Clerks you are looked upon as leaders in your respective communities.
Thank you.

Optimize Public Services with a Digital Records Management Solution

Wednesday, August 24, 2022 -- 11 am (PDT)

You are invited to join an educational webinar to see how organizations like the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) are streamlining administrative processes and saving time with a digital records management system.

Attend this live, 1-hour webinar to learn how a digital records management system helps:

• Eliminate paper-based processes that waste employee time and decrease productivity
• Create ready access to information and automate repetitive, manual tasks
• Reduce delays in core business processes like records management, public records requests, and other service-based requests
• Build easy-to-implement solutions that both your department employees and IT staff can agree upon

There is no fee to attend and since this webinar is live, you will also be able to ask questions and chat directly with subject matter experts. Take advantage of this learning opportunity!

Contact: Tala Baltazar, Laserfiche Director of Corporate Relations for questions.
