McFarland Photo of the Week
McFarland Garden Club
Many of us pass by the McFarland Garden Club's "Garden Corner" at the intersection of Exchange and Bashford nearly every day, but did you know the club has been around for over 30 years? Members design the garden, buy plants at different nurseries in the area, and plant the garden. They also water and weed the garden throughout the summer and into the fall for everyone’s enjoyment. Learn more about their club in a recent article they submitted to the Communications and Technology Department.

Planting will begin at 8 a.m.!
The Village of McFarland Water Utility provides safe, clean drinking water to a population of approximately 8,700 people. Wisconsin DNR 810.15 Code requires all public water systems maintain a comprehensive Cross-Connection Control Program. One component of this mandated program is visual onsite surveys/inspections for potential hazards connected to the public drinking water system known as “Cross-Connections.” Learn more about this program and how it'll affect you in your home.
