On September 7th - 10th volunteer leadership attended the Texas REALTORS Shaping Texas Conference. We heard from keynote speaker Retired U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral and former Chancellor of the University of Texas System William H. McRaven.

Chase hosted the last session of his summer series with an in-depth discussion on topic of buying points. We had over 20 attendees!

TREC Updates

If your license Expires, it also goes inactive


Starting October 1, active license holders whose licenses expire will be set to inactive status as of the expiration date, and any license relationships to sales agents and/or brokers will be terminated.

Revised Renewal Requirement

Effective October 1, 2023, sales agents renewing their license for the first time—both active and inactive—are required to complete an approved 30-hour Real Estate Brokerage course as part of their 90 hours of Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE).
