Raphael Krücker 44 years old, started his role as CEO of Andermatt Swiss Alps on 1 January 2020. Raphael Krucker previously spent 24 years with the world's leading Bühler AG in various management positions in Switzerland and abroad. Originally trained as a grain mill and mechanical engineer, he trained as an executive manager at the renowned IMD Business School in Lausanne and the WITS Business School in South Africa to become an executive manager.

Mike Goar has been Managing Director of Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG since August 2022. He has been working in the industry for more than 40 years, during which time he has managed several of the best-known ski areas in the USA. He has a wealth of experience in operations and is a proven partner in working with resorts. Mike Goar was most recently Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Park City Mountain in Utah, the largest contiguous ski area in the USA. He had previously been COO at Keystone in Colorado, at Heavenly in California, at Canyons in Utah, and at Solitude, also in Utah.

Carmen Carfora is a sustainability & Communications Expert, responsible for ESG at Andermatt Swiss Alps Group and Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG.

She started her career in TV journalism and worked several years in corporate comms. focusing on internal comms., consulting, reporting and public affairs. Previously she was responsible for Internal Comms. at Sunrise Comms. AG and Comms. Project Manager for the Board of the Federal Institute of Technology. She has been a member of the Board of Swiss NGO Solafrica since 2017.
