JFS is a non-profit social services agency serving all members of the community from all backgrounds. Your generous support enables us to provide crucial programs for those in need.
One Community Standing Strong
JFS Middlesex strives to enhance the lives of residents of Middlesex County and across New Jersey regardless of race, religion or ethnic origin. As a nonprofit, JFS relies on the support of community partners, individual and group donors, and volunteers, all with the commitment to make a difference, here and now.

We invite you to review and share our One Community Journal to learn about quality services and local businesses in NJ who support JFS’ mission to help individuals and families improve their lives. If you are interested in learning more about how to become a sponsor or join with JFS in improving lives, email office@jfsmiddlesex.org.
Giving Back For Back to School
JFS Middlesex gives special thanks to Jessica Solomon (right), the Director of the Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County, for her recent donation to the Women’s Center’s Back to School drive. She enthusiastically jumped in to buy school supplies, encouraging others in her organization to participate. To Jessica, “it’s important to help those in need. Something that seems small to us like school supplies can be so major for kids.” She hopes that her contribution will help kids feel prepared and happy as they enter the new school year.
The Women's Center helps displaced homemakers and their families address barriers to economic sufficiency. The Back to School Drive is one way JFS helps families ease the stress of preparing children to return to school. To make a monetary donation or to drop off essentials, or to find out more about the Women's Center, contact us at 732-777-1940 or womenscenter@jfsmiddlesex.org.
Youth's Impact Goes a Long Way
On August 12th, volunteers from Impact Youth Club (IYC), a student-run youth volunteer group, stopped by JFS to pack bags for our annual Back to School drive. IYC members helped JFS pack 170 bags for families registered for this year's Back to School event.

As part of its mission, IYC strives to lead or connect with charitable giving projects that serve the community. JFS thanks co-leads, Miah and Allie, and the entire group for their support and we look forward to future collaborations!

If you are interested in volunteering or leading a community service project that benefits JFS programs, please call us at 732-777-1940 or email office@jfsmiddlesex.org.
