Session 7 - July 25th-29th
A Weekly Newsletter of the Husker Summer Recreational Day Camps
Welcome to Summer Camps 2022!
This newsletter is filled with information about the upcoming sessions' activities and points of emphasis that help make the camp a great experience for all. Let us know if you have any questions or if there is a way we can make camp an even better experience for your child.

Construction has started at our drop-off/pick-up parking lot. This should not affect our current operations, but it will shorten our loop!

Summer Camp Must Knows
 Check-In & Check-Out / Late Arrival & Early Departure
Drop-offs:
Drop-Off Begins at 7:15am. (Location A on map below) Please do not drop off your campers early.
Staff will leave the entrances at 8:40 a.m. All other drop offs and pick ups will occur in Campus Rec Loop off of 14th Street. You must call the Camp Hotline 402-472-8383 for our staff to check-in your child from your vehicle.

Pick-Up: Same location

Staff will open the doors at 3:55pm on the South Side of the Sapp Recreation Center. Please remain in your vehicle. All campers must be picked up by 4:15pm to avoid a late-fee, unless you have paid for the after care option (5:35pm)

* Please follow the staff's parking lot directions, as there will be a lot of construction around the area. (see map below)
LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
To better serve our camp participants, we will offer three (3) primary shuttle times:

10:00 a.m.     Noon     2:00 p.m.

Shuttle to and from camper groups will be done as close to these times as possible. If your camper arrives outside of these times, our staff will do their best to take your camper to their group, but only as their schedule permits.

If you know you need to pick your camper up early, or will be dropping them off late, please call the Camp Hotline (402-472-8383) or email Logan Kahler at lkahler2@unl.edu
