St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and CASA of Northeast Oklahoma are looking for Grove area businesses, organizations, churches, and individuals who would like to be a sponsor for their 2nd Annual Family Fun Festival that will take place the entire second weekend of October at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Grove.
The different sponsorship levels available include:
• Gold Sponsor - $1,000 (includes logo on festival t-shirts and signage, included in promotional information, booth available during festival, as well as receiving four (4) “paper” dolls.)
• Silver Sponsor - $500 (includes logo on festival t-shirts and signage, included in promotional information, booth available during festival, as well as receiving three (3) “paper” dolls.)
• Bronze Sponsor - $300 (includes name on festival t-shirts and signage, included in promotional information, booth available during festival, as well as receiving two (2) “paper” dolls.)
• Individual Sponsor - $100 (includes name on festival t-shirts and signage, included in promotional information, booth available during festival, as well as receiving one (1) ‘paper” doll.)
Other options to participate include:
• Set up a booth during the festival for products or marketing. - $20
• Donation of promotional items for the Car Show swag bags. Gift cards or certificates would be appreciated and added to random bags. This is a great way to get information out to the car show participants.

GRAND LAKE FAMILY YMCA
The Parkinson's Support Group meets on the second Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. at the YMCA's downstairs group fitness room. The meeting is open to YMCA members and non-members. Caregivers are also encouraged to attend.
If you or someone you know has Parkinson's, there is a Parkinson's Combination Exercise Class and Speech Therapy Class that meets every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 in the YMCA's downstairs group fitness room. There are chair exercises for the body and speech exercise to strengthen the voice and the muscles used for swallowing. The class is free.

OLD TIME GATHERING & MUSIC FESTIVAL
Saturday, October 21st The Old Time Gathering and Music Festival with Contra Dance is presented by Grand Lake Festivals and Jana Jae, hosted by Har-Ber Village Museum. Please come and join in on this all-new Musical Event, Contra Dance and the Haunted Historical Hayride. Music of several genres will fill the Village as will live history demonstrations such as print making, weaving, blacksmithing, and several interesting talks on the history of this music and its resurgence. The festival will culminate with a Contra Dance organized by Glen Schmidt in the Event Tent, with caller Susan Downs and the Silver Dollar String Band.
