Our Business Of The Week

301 Poplar St. …………. …………… 970-520-1346
Glenna Phelps-Aurich, Executive Director of Logan County Chamber, recently presented New York Life Insurance Company and Luke Jones as the “Business Of the Week.”

After growing up in a very low-income household, money was always on Luke Janes’ mind. He was worried about where it would come from, where it was going, and how it could grow.
For that reason, Luke decided to study financial planning at CSU in Fort Collins. There, he learned about building client relationships, growing wealth, and protecting assets. Once Luke started his career, he decided to attend graduate school where he received a Master of Finance degree in 2019.
After careful consideration, Luke chose to partner with New York Life Insurance Company because of their excellent track record, high financial ratings*, and tremendous back-end support. While this is Luke’s practice, his partnership with New York Life gives him access to those resources and is much of what makes him valuable as a financial services professional.
While the company has been around for 177 years, Luke started his practice with New York Life about one year ago. Since then, he experienced enough growth to merit moving into a physical office. So far, Luke has received his life, health, and Series 6 licenses. This allows him access to a broad range of products and services to help make the process actionable.
Those products and services include life, long-term care Insurance, individual disability insurance, mutual funds, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), annuities, and variable products. For businesses, this is expanded even more into SIMPLE and SEP retirement plans, group health, key person insurance, and buy-sell agreement funding arrangements.
Luke Janes, financial services professional, specializes in family income protection, wealth management, and lifetime income planning. If you’d like to contact Luke, please stop by his office at 301 Poplar Street, give him a call at (970) 520-1346, or visit his Facebook or LinkedIn pages, or go to LoganCountyChamber.com
* New York Life has received the highest financial strength ratings currently awarded to any U.S. life insurer by Standard & Poor’s (AA+); A.M. Best (A++); Moody’s (Aaa); and Fitch (AAA). Source: Individual Third- Party Ratings Reports as of 6/22/22
