Dr. Michelle Wilson, Class of 2021, Schmidt College of Medicine.

From Our Hearts to Yours ❤️

Dr. Wilson embodies the "she can do it all" spirit in family medicine, from delivering babies to offering palliative care, showcasing her dedication and compassion in medical field. As she reflects on her residency experience, Dr. Wilson encourages aspiring doctors to embrace every opportunity to learn and grow. Check out her PSA on seeing your PCP she made at her residency program!

Dr. Wilson is a voice of influence for Black History Month, "Black physicians make up around 6% of the physician workforce and Black female physicians make up even a smaller percentage. I have the honor of taking care of patients that look like me and the ability to make them feel at home and comfortable with me as their Primary Care Physician is so amazing. We are necessary to providing access to healthcare to those who may have chosen to not see anyone because they prefer a physician that looks like them!"
