It is time!
It is time to inventory of any dead or dying cactus and clear them out.
It is time to get those pesky weeds that do not care how hot it is outside. They keep growing.
It is time to make sure that you have clear any remaining fruit, animal feces, plant thickets, wood piles, trash, storage boxes, abandoned sheds and anything else that can feed or house Roof Rats! Learn more.

Close the umbrellas before you leave.
Put things back where they were.
The pool closes at 10pm.
All guests must be accompanied by the homeowner of record.
No children unattended.
Carports
Please remember to keep your carports clear of storage and any items. Only your motor vehicles and bicycles are to be stored in your carport. It is time to get the carport cleared out

Donate your bike
Do you have a bicycle or parts that you are not using? You can put them to good use. Bob free bicycles repairs donated bicycles and give them to children in need. Large or small all are welcome!
