Deb Spiess came to Lord of Life looking for a place to feed her faith and learn more about God and her place in His world. After the worship service ended, she realized that she had found her church home because she did not want to immediately rush home! The people of Lord of Life welcomed her, and she felt it.
Deb appreciates Lord of Life for offering acceptance to everyone in all circumstances of life. She is thankful for the many opportunities Lord of Life offers for outreach, as well as truly being a community of faith.
Deb’s generosity came naturally. She describes it as “a God-given feeling that [she] wants to give to others.” Lord of Life provides many opportunities for her to realize that need to serve.
Deb supports Lord of Life with her financial gifts and with her service because she believes in the mission of faith, inclusiveness, and outreach which guides Lord of Life.
Deb’s hope for the next generation who will call Lord of Life their home is that they will continue to build a faith-based community that relies on the teachings of Jesus and the Bible. She prays that the future body of Lord of Life with join together to continue to make a difference in our community and in the world.
