Montclair Coop Day Camps


CAMP CO-OP with HILARY for ages 3-6 is from Jun 24-Jul 26, 9am-1pm. Art, stories, games, science, and, of course, lots of outdoor play. Limited to 24 students per week with a student-teacher ratio of 1:5.


World Explorers Camp for ages 6-12 (pre-season starts Jun 20th) is from July 8-Aug 9, 8:30am –3pm Fundamentals Sports and Day Camps returns to the Co-op! Each week will explore different themes through crafts, cooking, and movement. This year we’ve added one day of swimming at the YMCA each week!

Filmmaking Boot Camp


At MN Acting Studio, students ages 14-17 will learn the ins and outs of filmmaking in this popular summer film bootcamp taught by head MN teacher and teen on set coach Matt Newton. Students will write, direct, act in, edit, and present their own short film in the theme that they choose (past themes included “Stranger Things,” “Marvel,” “Saturday Night Live,” and “Horror”). Over the 5 days of this fast paced intensive, students will create a 3-4 minute short film from concept to finish with a very “hands on”, practical approach, and will be using professional lighting, camera, and sound, and while also learning important elements of filmmaking including shotlists, location scouting, camera angle, lighting, editing, basic color correction, as well as working on the crew (sound, DP, gaffer, key grip, script supervisor).

Summer Sessions


Sign up now for 2-hour spring sessions and half-day summer sessions

Children and their caregivers can experience the wonders of farm life at Pony Power! They'll interact with ponies, sheep, goats and chickens, and discover what’s growing in the farm's half-acre garden. It's a rare opportunity to disconnect from technology and be present in nature.
