CIE PARTNER MEETING RECAP

Hi CIE Partners,

Thank you for joining us at the CIE Partner Gathering on August 24, 2023.

In celebration of kids "going back to school" across San Diego County, we led an interactive activity asking partners to share their favorite subject in school and what their classmates would describe them as in elementary, middle, and high school.

We learned about new direct referral opportunities offered by Interfaith Community Services and Travelers Aid San Diego.

Building Solid Ground

We welcomed Zenia Torres, Partner Engagement Director to the CIE team! Zenia's role will include engaging with current and new CIE partners to amplify and embed "Community Voice" into the work we do collaboratively.

Partners learned about current and future CIE integration projects to enhance CIE's data interoperability; Shelly Parks shared information about the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) statewide survey which aims to collect information about the implementation of the major statewide Medi-Cal reform known as CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal). You can learn more and complete the survey here, and we also provided space for partners to network with each other towards the end of the meeting.
