A Conversation Celebrating Latinx/Hispanic History Month
The Absalom Jones Episcopal Center for Racial Healing will host a talk on immigration issues. Immigration isn't just a topic; it's about real lives, real stories, and it continues to be a critical issue as our brothers and sisters are being exploited for personal gain and political power. This hybrid panel discussion will discuss recent developments and various challenges faced by members of the Latinx/Hispanic community. The Venerable Juan Sandoval will host the event, which will be streamed on Facebook Live @centerforracialhealing at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30.

Up to two youths from each of the church’s nine provinces will be selected to participate in the Official Youth Presence from June 20-28, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky.
