Happy New Year

Pathways to Healing at 10am Saturday

Hi friends,

It’s great to start the new year with intentionality. With quiet time that allows you space to breathe and reflect.

On Saturday at 10:00, Pathways to Healing will offer a guided meditation so you can experience just that. A guided meditation differs from the meditation offered on Monday nights in that, instead of silence, you’ll hear thoughts or prompts that provide an opportunity to look at where you are now. To take inventory. To sit with it. To keep what you love and discard what no longer serves you. No resolutions, so it’s stress-free.

It’s OK if you’ve never been to Pathways to Healing or if you’ve never mediated. You are welcome; just come.

Peace,

Cathi

Last Sunday's Sermon

There are no angels, no shepherds, no magi bringing gifts, no star guiding the way, not even a baby Jesus in the first verses of John’s gospel, because for John Christmas begins all the way back at the beginning of creation.
