Weis Builders Celebrates 50 Years of AGC Membership

If you are a licensed user, any updated contract will be posted on our website for download. The contract license is free to members and, for non AGC members only, your 2023 license will work with the updated contracts without an extra fee.

An Important Change to Minnesota's Anti-Indemnity Statute and What It Means for Minnesota Construction Companies


Some major changes have been made to the laws affecting construction contracts. This article focuses on changes affecting one of the most important statutes governing construction contracts, Minn. Stat. § 337.05, the “Anti-indemnity Statute.” This statute applies to public and private construction contracts, and it governs the enforceability of a construction contract’s indemnity provision. Emerging Developer Solicitation set to launch in August


Ramsey County is preparing to launch its Emerging Developer Solicitation this August! The program is being created, in partnership with NEOO Partners, which will offer technical assistance to emerging, racially and ethnically diverse developers who are interested in creating affordable housing solutions by applying for funding through Ramsey County's competitive solicitation process. There will be informational sessions to learn more about this opportunity and how to apply.
