Dear Parents:

We know that the first weeks of school haven´t been easy to get to school, but we want you to know that the whole school operations team has done an intense work of analysis to find the best alternatives to ease the traffic and ensure the safety for all pedestrians, with the participation of parents.

As you know, in line with the progress of the work on Calle Pinos, we will be modifying the route strategies and adjusting the plans to make it easier to enter and leave the campus, so as of Monday September 18^th, we will be implementing a new road mobility strategy.

ACCESS 1 (MAIN ENTRANCE) AND ACCESS 7, WILL BE ENABLED ONLY FOR PEDESTRIANS, both in the morning and afternoon, and accesses 6 (auditorium parking access) and 8 (access to the athletics track) will only be for vehicular access.

The rules for their use are described in this document.

We know this will generate more traffic and slow down the entry and departure of students; it is important to remain calm, be patient and remember our civic values. We are a great community.

The final result of this work will have an impact on the solution to the problem of road traffic and mechanical deterioration and suspension of vehicles that occur in this area.

Estimados Padres de Familia:

Sabemos que las primeras semanas de clases no han sido fáciles para poder llegar a la escuela, pero queremos que sepan que todo el equipo de operaciones ha hecho un trabajo intenso de análisis para buscar las mejores alternativas para facilitar el tráfico y la seguridad de todos los peatones, contando con la participación de los padres de familia.

Como saben, de acuerdo con los avances de las obras en la calle Pinos, iremos modificando las estrategias viales y ajustando los planes para poder hacer más fácil el ingreso y egreso del campus, por lo que a partir de este lunes 18 de septiembre arrancaremos una nueva estrategia de movilidad vial.

POR ELLO ESTARÁN HABILITADOS LOS ACCESOS 1 (ENTRADA PRINCIPAL) SOLO DE FORMA PEATONAL, ASÍ COMO EL ACCESO 7, tanto en la mañana como en la tarde, y los accesos 6 (acceso estacionamiento auditorio) y 8 (acceso a la pista de atletismo) solo serán de acceso vehicular.

Sabemos que esto generará más tráfico y que será más lento la entrada y salida de alumnos; es importante guardar la calma, tener paciencia y recordar nuestros valores cívicos. Somos una gran comunidad.

El resultado de la obra impactará en la solución al problema de transito vial y deterioro mecánico y suspensivo de los vehículos que se producen en esta zona.
