Welcome

Thank you for exhibiting at SIGGRAPH 2024, taking place at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver! This is the first in a series of newsletters designed to make your planning easier. We’ll share key exhibition resources, due dates, and more to help you stay on track and get the most out of your participation!

New Tools

We've created some new tools to make your planning easier.

Use the Exhibitor Resources site to find the information you need by topic using the Plan My Booth, Promote My Booth, and Quick Links buttons.
Find everything you need, all in one document, in the Quick Reference Guide.
Stay on top of important deadlines and save/print the Exhibitor Checklist.

New: Participate in Happy Hour and/or Serve Alcohol in Your Booth!

Drive traffic and engage with attendees by serving food and/or beverages in your booth! Alcohol may be served in the exhibit hall during official Exhibition hours only, which includes the NEW Happy Hour, taking place from 4:30–6 pm on Wednesday, 31 July.

If your company will be serving food and/or beverages during Happy Hour, your participation can be promoted to attendees, at no charge! Learn more and submit your request to serve alcohol and/or to be promoted in the Happy Hour!

Plan and Promote Your Booth

As you start to plan for SIGGRAPH 2024, be sure to visit the Plan My Booth section of the Exhibitor Resources site. Here you will find the Exhibition Schedule, Construction Guidelines, Terms and Conditions, and more to ensure a smooth setup.

Visit the Promote My Booth section to find sponsor opportunities and other marketing tools. This includes the Exhibitor Dashboard, where you can update your Online Directory Listing, access the Exhibitor Service Kit, register badges, and more.

The Primary Contact for your company received an email with information to access the Exhibitor Dashboard and create a password. If you are having trouble logging in, contact Kim Haines at customercare-s2024@siggraph.org. If you need other team members to have access, you can add them once you are logged into the Dashboard.

Exhibitor Service Kit

The Exhibitor Service Kit is now live. Order your services in advance to save time and money on the show site. You can access the kit through the Exhibitor Dashboard or find all vendor ordering information in the Quick Reference Guide.

Key Discount Deadlines Dates:

28 June — audio-visual, labor, material handling, shipping, furniture, product storage, carpet, cleaning, and rigging
12 July — electrical, plumbing, internet, telephone

Note: The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Floor covering is required for your exhibit space.

Online Directory

The Online Directory is THE resource used by potential and registered attendees to find and connect with exhibitors. Your directory listing automatically includes company contact information and your booth number.

Log into your Exhibitor Dashboard right away to add:

Company description
Exhibitor categories
Social media links

Take your online directory listing a step further by upgrading your profile. After logging into the Exhibitor Dashboard click on Boost My Listing to review additional benefits and find the package that’s right for you.

Sponsorships and Business Suites

Boost your visibility! Check out sponsorship opportunities for ways to showcase your thought leadership and enhance your brand recognition. Or consider a Business Suite, which offers separate dedicated meeting space to connect in private rooms or deliver content and host sessions.
