We have reached the final week in January and the chamber team is looking forward to some great events on the horizon.
You still have time to register for our 2025 Legislative Breakfast at the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell, scheduled for this Friday, January 31 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. All legislators that represent towns in the Chamber's service area have been invited to attend. Chamber members will have the opportunity to ask questions of the legislators about the important 2025 legislative session and other issues facing the business community in Middlesex County. Stay informed, advocate for causes that matter to you, and connect with your local legislators! Your presence at this meeting will make an impact and will be helpful as we continue to strengthen our relationship with our legislative delegation. To register, click here.
This Saturday, we are looking forward to another sold out Middlesex Chamber Sports Outing as we head to the XL Center to cheer on the UConn Men’s Hockey team as they play against the Providence Friars. Our Middlesex Chamber Sports Outings provide a unique networking experience while cheering on some local teams. Let’s go Huskies!
Looking ahead to the month of February, please save the date of February 19 for our next Business After Work hosted by Water’s Edge Resort & Spa, Westbrook. We invite our members and their key employees to join the Chamber staff and fellow business members for complimentary hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer and soft drinks. Ahead of this Business After Work, all are invited to join the WBN for Speed Networking from 4:00-5:15 p.m. Grow your contact list, increase your career network, and share ideas during this fast-paced session.
