Lake Geneva Joint #1 School District Mission Statement
Honoring the unique talents of all, WE, the Lake Geneva Area Schools, families, and communities commit to providing EVERY student an excellent education that ensures the development of responsible, respectful citizens, and inspires life-long learning.

TOGETHER WE CAN!
Note from the Principal
Hello CenDen Families:

We would like to take this opportunity to celebrate another amazing school year. From our littlest learners in 3K, to our big kids in 3rd grade, the growth that our students have made is remarkable. They are definitely ready to move on to bigger and better things and we are grateful to have shared our days with them.

We would like to thank the multitude of people that have helped to make this year a huge success. Thank you to our parents, students, community members and the local businesses. Your involvement and support are invaluable. Many thanks to our PTO for their time, creativity, and dedication to provide celebrations and gatherings for all things relating to our Central-Denison Family.

Summer is upon us, believe it or not! Please take some time to have fun and enjoy the gift that summer presents us…time with our children. Please don’t forget about the Lake Geneva Public Library during the summer. They offer a variety of free summer reading programs. Remember that reading with your child every day will help prepare them for the next school year. The same can be said for finding fun ways to practice math (numbers, facts, coins, etc…). Practicing these skills and reading often will definitely help prevent the “summer slide”.

To all of those leaving Central-Denison for new places and adventures, we wish you well. Congratulations to our 3rd graders who are ready to become Eastview Eagles. Your Central-Denison Family wishes you the best of luck at your new school!

The school office will be closed from June 8th through August 1st. If you need something over the summer, please don’t hesitate to email Mr. Nugent or myself as we will be checking our emails frequently. We will be in and out of the office throughout the summer, but will be back full time in August. Until then, enjoy a restful and relaxing summer with family and friends.

Best wishes and Sunny Days!

Becky Buhler
