In May for education and art classes we had book club on Monday mornings with Bobby Perez and on Zoom. We started our community garden with Kitty, Doug, Sarah and Linda Galbao. We had weekly art classes with Caitlin Eastman and we did pottery at ArtisTree with Fiona. We had music movement classes with Kathleen and Mark, we read books with Diane Dugan and had story Telling with Jools on Zoom. We cooked with Sarah and played Bingo with Kitty. We had weekly singing classes with Kerry. We made decoupage garden pots for the Zack's Place Garden event with volunteers Martha Giller and Carolyn Kimbell.
To stay fit we had our bi-weekly yoga classes with Tita, Amanda Uryase, Amanda Anderson, Jamie and Annie. We played pickleball with Sarah at Vail Field, we swam each week at Upper Valley Aquatic Center, we had fitness classes with Bari and Yoga Dance with Liz Barker. We went cycling with Vermont adaptive on the Rail Trail.
We had some really fun and educational field trips. We went to see Spamalot at Northern Stage. We went to watch the Glass Blowing at Simon Pearce and we went bowling twice this month at Maple Lanes in Claremont.
A highlight of our month was a concert performed by Lakou Mizik which was sponsored by Barn Arts at Zack's Place.
