Little Lambs Returns

After a very long break, we are pleased to have Little Lambs again!

The children will be having special visitors from the church starting this month to share stories, songs and activities with the class. We are very grateful for this time they will be sharing with our preschoolers.

This month's topic:

"We are made in God's image" and God made each one of us special.

The Little Lamb Leaders: Meet Tommy Strauser, PPC's Music Associate, Pastor Leah Quarles and Liz Smith, Director of Children's Ministries.

Friendly Preschool Reminders

  • The preschool is peanut/tree nut free due to severe allergies. Please keep this in mind when packing your child's snack and/or lunch. If something is sent by accident, it will be removed and an alternative given to your child.
  • For everyone's safety, please enter and exit the preschool parking lot in a one-way fashion by entering at the furthest west entrance on Happy Valley, then exiting the furthest east exit. We also ask to be mindful of your speed in the parking lot when coming or going for everyone's safety.
  • If you would like to connect with your child's teachers regarding a concern, please reach out through the classroom email and they will schedule a time to meet, if necessary. This will assure they can give you their full attention while giving your family the privacy you deserve.
  • Please familiarize yourself with our sick policy in the Parent Handbook (page 14) and notify the preschool office when your child will be absent due to illness or vacation. Click here to review the Parent Handbook.

Here's What's Happening at PPC

  • Worship at Pinnacle:  Worship at Pinnacle is casual traditional, filled with joy and music, and is the heart of our life at Pinnacle. A wide range of dress can be found in worship from suits and tie to very casual. Choose from two services, 8am in the Chapel or 10am in the Sanctuary and Live Streamed for those unable to attend in person. Nursery care is available for both services and a Children's message and Sunday School for Children and Teens available during the 10am service.

  • MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers): October 4th & 18th, 9am - 11am in Fellowship Hall.  Join us for Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month to connect with other moms, enjoy breakfast, and discuss relevant topics. Are you a mom of young children looking to build a supportive community? Or a mom with older children interested in shining a light for others? All are welcome! Childcare available. For more information, click to contact Pastor Leah Quarles.

  • Blessing of the Animals: October 7th, 9:30am at the Chapel Garden. Pets are a very important part of our families. They bring joy to our hearts, love us always, and play a significant role in our well-being. All of God's creatures are important to God too, whether human or animal. Please bring your pet(s) to this family event on a leash or in a cage.

  • Annual Fall Round-Up: Saturday, October 21st, 3pm at the Trinity Terrace and FH Green. Join us for Pinnacle's Annual Fall Round-up! Two-steppin' with the renowned Mayhem Lane Band, homemade hamburgers and hotdogs, apple pie, and ice cream floats. This is a great community-wide event to bring your friends, family, and fun.
