Resources for Young Women Diagnosed with Breast Cancer

The I Am Still Me, Sigo Siendo Yo resource guide contains resources especially for young women after a breast cancer diagnosis.

This month we are highlighting resources on My Health and Wellness Team/Mi Equipo Médico y de Bienestar. Each of the three guides offer resources specific to where a young woman may be along the care continuum. Resources support young women with learning what to expect from primary care providers, communicating with providers, and finding the healthcare team that feels right for them.
