This fun event is also a fundraiser organized during the week by the OLG Student Council.

This year proceeds benefit the Action Against Hunger, OLG Student Fund, OLG High School in Ghana Scholarship, and St. Jude's Children Hospital

Book Fair - Get Your Digital Gift Cards!

Week of January 26-31

The book fair will open to everyone during the Cub Scout Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, January 26 and after school on Wednesday, January 29 from 3:15 - 4:15 PM. Plus, grades K-5 will be able to shop during their weekly library time.

We are looking for parent volunteers throughout the week to help students shop and check out. Click here to volunteer. Cash/check/card/Literati gift cards accepted. Cub Scout Pancake Breakfast

Sunday, January 26, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Please join Pack 102 and the OLG community for the Annual Cub Scout Pancake Breakfast. Only $9 per person! This will be a great kickoff to Catholic Schools Week. Tickets will be sold at the door, or click here to order ahead.

SCHOOLS UPDATES

Continuous Enrollment for 2025-2026 School Year

OLG uses a continuous enrollment system, which means your currently enrolled child will automatically be re-enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year unless you notify Amy Selby by February 1, 2025. After that, your child’s enrollment will automatically be confirmed, your tuition agreement and payment plan will roll over, and the annual, non-refundable, $175 registration fee will be applied to your account. We look forward to another great year of learning and growing together!

Yearbooks

All OLG students get a yearbook and are billed $18 via TADS. If you do not want your child to get the yearbook, you must opt out and respond here by February 15. Yearbooks are handed out the last week of school. NOTE: Lifetouch accidently sent an email to order yearbooks directly through them. The few families that purchased via Lifetouch will not be billed via TADS.

Summer Academy - Lessons & Tutors

Summer Care

Get ready for a summer of fun, learning, and adventure at OLG Summer Care, offered June 2 - August 8. Registrations will close on February 28, or when full. Click here for preschool details and click here for K-8 offerings.

Summer Camps

Vacation Bible School (Gr K-5) will be the week of July 21-25, registration will open later in January.
Extreme Faith Camp (Gr 6-8) will be the week of July 14-18. Click here to register.
Camp I Can for Girls and Boys (Gr 1-8) is an Emotional, Behavioral and Relationship skills day camp hosted by Dr. Jules Nolan's Phoenix School Counseling. It is staffed by experienced Mental Health Professionals, and offers the opportunity for campers of all needs to grow their social skills, emotional management, kindness, friendship, self-awareness and conflict resolution.
