Welcome New City Center Tenants
Six new businesses have joined the Cumming City Center since our July issue. Welcome Good Chemistry Health & Med Spa, Foresite Group, Tin Cup Grill, Sugar Polish Nail Bar, Irwin Homes LLC, and Top KNOTch Boutique!

  • Good Chemistry Health & Med-Spa - With a focus on helping everyone to look and feel their best, Good Chemistry Health & Med Spa co-founders Krystal Lokkesmoe and Benjamin House will bring their vision of wellness to the Cumming City Center. The destination of choice for individuals who want to target the causes of aging rather than just the symptoms, Good Chemistry will do much more than simply focus on the outward signs of aging. Rather, the facility will offer a carefully selected menu of state-of-the-art, science-based treatments for cellular regeneration, or in other words, services that help the body work the way it used to.
  • Foresite Group is an engineering firm that provides collaborative services to public and private sector clients nationwide. These services consist of land development, landscape architects, MEP & Fire Safety, structural engineering, traffic engineering, broadband engineering and wireless engineering. "We are truly a one-stop shop engineering and design firm," said Bill Sloan VP of Operations. The Cumming City Center will be home to the firm's new satellite office while headquarters will remain in Peachtree Corners. The Foresite team was also a fundamental part of the Cumming City Center's design and construction.
  • Ten Cup Grill comes to the City Center under the ownership of tenants Scott & Cindy Echols, who also bring us The Course @ Tin Cup Grill, the Center's putting course. “We’re overjoyed to bring both The Course and Tin Cup Grill to the Cumming City Center,” said Scott and Cindy. “Everything flows together perfectly with our restaurant space, our restored airstream trailer where guests will pick up their putting supplies and concessions, and our beautiful putting course.” Tin Cup Grill offers three stories for patrons to enjoy: A main level, a rooftop level where guests can overlook The Course and the Lou Sobh Amphitheater, and a lower level that will offer live music and other fun guest events and entertainment.
  • Sugar Polish Nail Bar - After establishing their first location in Athens in 2018 and sister location in Midtown in 2020, Sugar Polish Nail Bar is opening its new location in Cumming at the City Center. Sugar Polish provides luxury services in manicures, pedicures and waxing with a focus on creating the ultimate nail salon experience and redefining the current nail industry.
  • Irwin Homes, LLC - After 28 years of specializing in high-end negotiations, Deborah Irwin is opening her own real estate brokerage firm, IRWIN HOMES, LLC. “My vision for the company is to build a brokerage consisting of Realtors who strive to be the best at what they do. I am forming a family of ethical, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and educated professionals who prioritize our clients’ needs above all else. I will be bringing on the highest caliber Realtors who will be rewarded for their exceptional service with much better commission splits than those offered at bigger brokerages,” says Irwin.
  • Top KNOTch Boutique - Owner Amanda Neighbors is relocating Top KNOTch Boutique from her current location on Browns Bridge Road, and bringing all its wonderful clothing, jewelry, gifts and accessories to the Cumming City Center. Amanda handcrafts a wide variety of items and also sells a number of other unique items handmade by other local artisans, including candles, journals, pottery and much more. “Top KNOTch Boutique has such a unique vibe and offers tons of handmade items, comfortable clothing, and only the best gifts,” she said. “But wait, there’s more…we’ll be adding a wine bar when we open at the City Center!”
