Dear Karen,,

Happy holidays from the Pines! As you celebrate this season of giving, we ask you to consider making a donation to help fund the programs and projects that make our community thrive. They protect our homes, maintain our facilities, help our elderly neighbors, and so much more.

Below are some of the causes you can help support. Click on each headings for more information.

Seashore Defense Fund - there is no greater community asset than our beach. The Seashore Defense Fund provides a critical source of funding that helps us protect the beach, which is under continual threat.

Whyte Hall - the heart of the Pines, Whyte Hall bounced back this summer with record-breaking bookings by all the nonprofit Pines organizations that we provide with free rental space. We need your help for essential upgrades and repairs to enable us to maintain our building for a rich variety of activities.

Mobility Cart - a critical service for both residents and visitors, and operated by a dedicated group of volunteers, the mobility cart offers hundreds of trips every season to anyone who needs transportation assistance.

Lyme Disease and Rodent Control - we rely on the generosity of our homeowners to consistently maintain the funds for these essential programs, which have effectively reduced pests – primarily ticks and rats – in our community for three decades.

Unrestricted Funds - throughout the season and the year, FIPPOA sponsors community cleanups, hosts the Invasion, and maintains the harbor, among many other projects. We rely on our residents, renters, and businesses to fund these key resources.

The Pines is a special place because of the people in our community. We appreciate your support for the upcoming season - and beyond - by donating today. Have a wonderful, safe and healthy holiday season!
