This week, the "Long Bill" or our state's budget was introduced and debated on the House floor. Our members were able to secure six amendments that align with the pressing needs of our constituents. Amidst our success, we were disappointed at the last-minute removal of Rep. Bradley’s amendment that would have added money to protect kids in school. The “Long Bill” is scheduled to be voted on for the final time in the House on Monday.

As we head into this holy weekend, our members want to wish you a blessed Easter!

As long as there is evil in this world, we will need heroes to rise up. Contrasted with the opinions expressed by a Democrat legislator, our video shows how the world has benefited from what she describes as "toxic."
