middle-income housing tax credit (mihtc) stakeholder meeting

On January 30th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, CHFA will host a Middle-income Housing Tax Credit (MIHTC) Stakeholder Outreach meeting via Zoom.

During this meeting, CHFA will present the 2025 MIHTC Allocation Plan. The presentation will include key elements of the MIHTC program, timelines for submitting a letter of intent, concept meeting, application deadline, criteria for review and award determination, and following steps for allocation of the credit. Following the presentation, CHFA will accept questions and comments.
