No Wednesday Activities This Week!

Regular Wednesday Dinner and Activities will resume January 11, 2023.

The Church Office will be OPEN for your year-end gifts Monday 12/19 -Thursday 12/22 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm each day.

You are also welcome and encouraged to make your year-end tithe here.

All mailed year-end gifts must be postmarked by 12/31 and sent to RBC's mailing address: P.O. Box 360417, Hoover, AL 35236

Throughout the month of December, we will be collecting our annual Christmas offering for global missions. This year our goal is to reach $17,000. Please consider contributing to help support those on mission across the world.

A Note From Our Children's Minister

RBC Parents,

The Kids Ministry has purchased 2023 Prayer Calendars for each family. These provide short, daily prompts to help you and your family spend time in prayer together. They will be on the welcome desk in the children's wing in the coming weeks so be sure to grab one for your family!

1. 1 Peter 1: 8-9 “And though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with the joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.” NASB Father God, this Christmas season is such a wonderful time to celebrate the greatest gift You could give us, Jesus. His coming, death and resurrection gave us a way to approach You, the Holy Father. Our prayer is that You take our celebrations and honor and glorify Yourself through them. We rejoice in calling You Father, Jesus our Savior and the Holy Spirit our teacher and guide. 

2. Hebrews 11: 6 “And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.” NASB Father, we are grateful that You have chosen us to be Your children. How You reached us, stirred our hearts and called us to Yourself remains a huge mystery to us. Even though we cannot understand Your ways, we can trust Your word. Would You grant us an ever-increasing faith and find us faithful, Lord God?
